Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and must insure the shipment for its full purchase value.

Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued after the sculpture has been inspected and accepted.

Custom commissions, personalized works, and damaged returns are not eligible for refund.
