Brume Noire is an original sculpture from the Les Harfangs series and is part of the Collection Nuit.
Inspired by the moment a snowy owl silently emerges from the darkness, Brume Noire evokes a subtle presence revealed through the veils of night. The deep tones of dark green, smoky grey, and mineral black naturally flowing through the stone recall northern mists drifting beneath the soft glow of the moon.
Its broad, outstretched wings convey a sense of calm and controlled power. The silhouette appears to glide effortlessly through the darkness, carried by unseen currents. The cloud-like patterns within the stone enhance this impression of silent movement, as though the bird is slowly taking shape in the heart of the night before fading once again into its shadows.
This sculpture celebrates the mystery of the snowy owl, the silent predator of northern landscapes whose presence is often sensed more than it is seen.
